You should comprehend the rules for using definite articles properly.
We do use "The" for countries which have plural names.
The United States of America
The United Kingdom
The Republic of China.
Countries with singular names do not take the definite article.
For instance,
India, Pakistan and Japan.

ಇಲ್ಲಿ outside ಬದಲಾಗಿ outsides ಅಂದ್ರೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಾ
There is NO word such as *outsides* in English
