The strength it took to compete in this challenge was only intended for the strongest competitors. It was sad to see the weaker competitors struggle to compete.

Haven't watch the actual episode but my thinking was that if I was the weaker competitor, I would load up the cart lightly and make as many trips as I can, back and forth, focusing on speed. Probably in hindsight it will be hard to execute but I think that is the only chance for someone in a lower weight class.

Not really, there’s a dude who squatted 900 lbs and he gassed out midway cuz he had no stamina. It’s a combination of muscular endurance, strength and cardio

Andre was one of my faves. It was so hard to watch him struggling on the infinite squatting challenge! His lower back was giving out. I said, I would be so mad at him if I was his mom, bc he pushed himself so hard! And now I just found out that he has a close relationship with his mama too. ❤

I’m sorry to be the one to deliver this news but unfortunately Andre was arrested in July for a video that surfaced of him breaking into his ex-gf’s house to abuse & sexually assault her :(( It’s truly like smthn out of a horror movie and so shocking cuz he truly seemed lovely on the show, he was one of my faves too. I feel so awful for his ex-gf :(((

Yeong-chan and his teammate were set up by their own team. These two did not have the build for this and it was sad watching them struggle, but our brother and sister earned the most respect for pushing forward.

And for everyone who was thinking it but too kind to tell these physical non physics. Yes you're right. Multiple trips = harder work.
