Hi @SueCowie-w5t, we recently did a video on Perth here: th-cam.com/video/28V-AO_8G4o/w-d-xo.html. For that individual suburb we will consider for future videos.
Nothing new...already known hot markets. Townsville not that good, floods and high insurance premiums. Bunbury is mentioned by all the TH-cam reviewers. Why not give us some hidden gems?
This list is about areas to finish the year off for 2024 with strong growth. With a quarter left it’s very rare that a market comes out of nowhere and outgrows everywhere else just in the last 4 months of the year. Some of these markets will grow very strong into 2025 Some others will come into 2025 as emerging growth areas. I respectfully disagree on you stating Townsville not that good. As if your thoughts were like that on a location that is growing at an average of 2% per month in many suburbs over the last 12 months, that means even if we put out other growth areas you may feel otherwise too. As always more weekly videos to come and we look forward to helping out with this video, ones from the past that you can check out, and more ahead.

Hi @parmeshwarvirk8223 thanks your comment. Here at InvestorKit we focus on property in Australia.
I think its safe to assume she was presenting the top 4 markets in Australia, not top 4 markets in the World. Hope this helps 👍
Could we get a deep dive on young in rural NSW please

Do you think Townsville has potential for long-term investment?
Floods good for water supply and “reconstruction” industry and sandbag pricing boom !
Junge Ma is always the best however people has been wacking these mentioned area for the past 3 years.

the editing makes it a bit challenging to listen to

Townsville is already overvalued now
