    You can always say "candle light" and then at the end "--no candle" to get just the light but not the object

    How can I generate a headshot that is lit inA way that there are no hard shadows (or no shadows at all) and no hot highlight either?

    Why don't you press Ctrl-+ on Windows or Cmd-+ on the Mac a few times before you start recording, or record at a lower screen res? Most of your screen space is wasted and all text is tiny.

    good, but nothing about brightening up the image in general - every example showed different types of light in various directions, but nothing about brightening up an otherwise dark-moody image
