P.S. : I love Hannah and I don't at all mean to take away from her performances or victories. She absolutely deserves the medals she won. I just hate it when announcers - who are supposed to act unbiased on the air - try to make their gymnasts sound better than everyone else.
These announcers are so blatantly biased it just pisses me off. They made sure to mention the deductions of every other gymnast in this beam final that so much as wobbled, but they rave about Hannah's routine even though she had two big breaks and a large hop on her dismount. I am all for cheering on the home country's gymnasts, but for God's sake give the others the same credit when they deserve it. And they don't even bother to learn the pronunciations of the other girls's names. UUGH.
Ionna . . . keep your head up. You've got the skills to go to the AA. That was a beautiful routine sans dismount!
