Kouvola has gotten a little too bad rap for their architecture. I’ve seen people always post photos from there that look like they were from Pripyat. Haven’t been there but my train stopped there and had a short look of the centre. I was so disappointed as it was full of colour! Also I think the pie in the mashup photo is not the Karelian pie but something else. The dough is different at least.
