Neyaaz, ur alternator isnt charging causing the car to cut off also killing the battery. Change out the voltage regulator. Use a multi meter to test. This will confirm it.
I mean if it were my car and I wanted to use an original Twincam and I specifically asked for it, which this owner did, your opinion wouldn't matter. It doesn't right now. Why would you even want to build a 160i into this - do you know how much more work that would've taken?

Plus I'm sure this is a project for Vodacom if I recall correctly not a specific owner. What I'm saying is they could have used a Twincam that was not original, one that already has work done to it..

Simple client asked for it so we did it, if you say they hard to find then I guess u didn't look hard enough, or didn't want to pay the price, we found it in 3 days.
That's the alternator not charging. We had the exact same problem with a bubble that We resprayed Pushed it and drove a few and then it died. Pushed and pushed till we got home to take the alternator off. Keep up the good content!!!
Slm Niyaaz it's Ashraf on that twincam check the earth wires that bolts on the intake housing make sure it make contact use sand paper to take paint off then bolt it back on the wires are brown in colour had the same problem on mine.
The quality of the paint job is lovely but I'm not a fan of the "baby diarrhea" yellow (But I get it Kaizer Chiefs, maybe if he was a Man U or Chelsea supporter lol) Lovely looking interior But thats just my opinion. otherwise good job guys

Twincam without power steering is very labour intensive on the arms, but it adds to the experience when you get moving at speed. 🤝

it sounds like it's problem on the fuel supply system,as the car is jacking,miss firing and keeps stalling, it's not battery or charging system
