Schubert SRC speaker/antenna mod and flat wire repair

Гарнитура SRC это изделие Cardo как и SCALA RIDER, разница в том, что в воротник Шуберта компоненты установлены разнесенно и при производстве незадачливые сборщики запихивают плоский проводник как удобно им, а не так, чтобы случилось дольше. исправляем чтобы не жалеть о выброшенных 300 долларях ))
SRC is made by Cardo also as Scala Rider. SRC C3 and several models are the same with a very little diff in soft-semi stiff Mic hand etc. Scala Rider has a unit design but SRC has a 2-part design with 12-pin flatwire interconnection. Generally it's of high quality but in fact at assembling moment flat wire can be laid inside collar properly (each device hase an "extra" cable lenght and it should be bented to be laid inside) or AS at those of us who faced with its dead))) Its a very cheap reparation - cable could be purchased at AliXpress. Also if you've faced with disassembling, you can improve the range of SRC from 100+m in 2-3 times. Also simple changing of speakers could make a sound a bit better, but be avare that soft foam around speaker is more important, but that way you loose a noise from outside and this could affects on your safety.
Anyway you wouldn't loose your $300 at cable failure)) Take care, pal!
