@@somebodytouchamyspaget4835 why do you think being single equals loneliness, don’t get me wrong I get that you mean after a while it could get lonely but realistically that all depends on what kind of person you are, some people feel a lot more freedom when they’re single rather than being in a relationship, I think both sides have ups and downs. Also I think if you spent your best years searching for the “one” that would be a total waste, spend your life enjoying it, life isn’t all about being in a relationship, it’s also about feeling happy in your own company because you’re slowly discovering who you are, it’s about the friends you make, as long as you have people like friends and family you won’t focus very much on loneliness so I’d say if you focus too much of your attention on finding someone to settle down with it’ll just be depressing realising the time you wasted on that, find that person by chance, don’t rely on that person to make you not feel lonely

Yep, I broke up with my last GF because of stuff like this, she was extremely clingy. She liked that I‘m fit but also didn‘t want me to spend time working out (also didn‘t want to come along), liked the money my job brought in but didn‘t like that I sometimes worked overtime. So I told her to drop the childish act, well... she didn‘t and that was that. Also I‘m not sleeping on the couch in my own apartment like some comments mentioned.
This is what happens when you base your success on how much money you have. You ironically don't have time to enjoy it. And they apparently make enough money that he doesn't have to take extra shifts, and she makes enough that she doesn't have to pull all nighters. Remember: Work to live. Don't live to work.
This weirdly reminds me of my ex. Not that she would get angry at me for not being with her cause I always manage to make time for her but she would always blame me for everything, never want to do anything for me and expect me to always do everything for her. I relate to the girl who's speaking a lot :D The first person i dated i would go a week or two without talking to her and i was really mad at myself for missing her so much and kind of mad at her for not being there but i never told her and it caused a riff in communication and made me feel like i was in the way so i get the feeling of not knowing what to do and being upset when you can't actually spend time with the person you care about. Im not trying to dismiss anybody else's emotions or situations but im just really confused at the people who would say they'd leave her or this is the reason they dknt get married or theyd be sleeping on the couch?
