I think WT's poor graphic engine would completely freeze on all those potato computers when 192 PTABs were deployed at once and explode... and this is only one plane. I think this might be the issue implementing it - calculate trajectory and render explosion of 192 bomblets.

Obviously, it was the first thing I went for when I got around to starting the Russian aircraft tech tree. I love them all except the 37mm variant (what can I say, I'm a bombs and rockets kind of guy), and I'm always quick to jump in one in any Tank RB match. I'll even go into Air RB with one if I feel like seeing the battlefield a little differently. Having all of that ordnance strapped to your plane makes you feel so heavy and powerful, like a cavalry charge smashing through the front lines of your enemies. 200 23mm cannon rounds, four bomb drops and four pairs of rockets makes you feel like you can take on the world and come back for seconds. She's big, she's beautiful, and she'll get you in and out of any fight with nothing but smoke fading into the distance behind you.

If this were actual ingame footage: 1 - the tiger would've been knocked out as soon as it crested that ridge 2 - the rockets would do nothing 3 - the AA would've killed all the pilots within 0.5s 4 - "The gunner shouts something, but it's impossible to make out...", we all know that he shouted out "There's a hole in your left wing!"
Imagine if you were a new player joining the game only because the Maus was in it. You finally got close to researching it and it gets removed...just imagine the frustration
The main weapon on IL-2 were PTABs. I can't believe we still don't have them in WT. Those 60% losses from one airstrike mentioned in the video also applies to PTAB strikes. Firing rockets againt tanks would never happen.

Aside from the amazing video, I love the IL-2s at times. I think I had an 8-kill game once because it was so tough. **DEFINITELY NOT BECAUSE THIS THING HAS MORE ARMOR THAN SOME LIGHT TANKS**
Please do the F4U series next! It served 7 countries (three in game) and fought in 5 wars over the span of 39 years with and 11:1 kill ratio by the US Navy alone (not including the Fleet Air Arm or the Aeronavale).
