Dude! This band is ridiculous!! They sound incredible, are getting progressively better and better it seems like every show, and the production of these videos is exceptional. The fact that they are so generous and share these with us for free is unheard of and very much appreciated. I started listening back in February at the beginning of quarantine and they’ve got a fan for life! Hope I get to buy dozens of show tickets over next few decades!

Drooling over Rick and Peter’s guitar tones. I know there are some people who don’t like how clean their overdriven tones but I for one love the the fact that I can hear individual notes during the solos and it’s not a distorted mess.
clean overdrive sounds like something you'd get with a fuzz but playing single notes and it not being set too high. reverb delay can start with guitar amp combo am guessing, also pedals list over at behind the gear

Rick's fantastic vocally. I really love what Peter does as well! ~♥ I think if the lead vocalist on a song wants someone to harmonize with them, they have to be clear on their own vocals, and there's this bit of overlap that both of them hit, without stepping on each other's toes. It's very delicate in that space. Too many bands get noisy in that area. ($.02, take for what it's worth)

I discovered Goose during the ongoing pandemic thanks to a good phriend of mine. I'm happy to be a part of the flock and can't get enough of these shows!
I saw these guys in Mexico at PITS and don't remember them being this good. Now I'm totally hooked! They've restored my faith in young musicianship! And whoever shot this video did an awesome job. The folks over at nugs need to take a look at how these guys do business. I don't find myself getting annoyed that the camera is on the drummer while the guitarist is soloing the way I do watching nugs videos. These guys really get it. The whole package is incredible.

Yeah, these guys have breathed new life into the jam scene. I feel like they're now the class. Technically, sonically, originally, and organically. Their sound, precision, and song choices are amazing. So tight. I think so far, their Goosemas 2019 show has been my favorite for so many reasons. If you haven't seen that one, make sure you check that out. Some of their songs, like Into the Myst, it's like my soul was born to hear them and has just been waiting for that moment. Slow Ready is such a gift. I could do without the percussionist. I'm TRYING to get behind him in the band, but at this point I can't. I'm sure he's a great guy and adds a lot of value, but the 4 OGs do it for me. All I can think of as I've watched him get work in is "one of these kids is doing his own thing." It's not bad. It's just not...harmonious...for me, like everything else they've been doing. That said, they can do almost whatever the F they want, as long as they keep going.
I tend to like a little more in terms of improv leading to the unexpected and undiscovered, but these dudes are talented, and I'm very glad to see they are at least trying to get people to be safe about social distancing...do it right so they can still make progress...be safe and smart everyone, danky hugs
