Its the tingles, joy bubbles, 'goose bumps' (though one is not cold nor sick). What of this? Also, did I tell you about my memory when navigating caverns inside Mt. Shasta? Yes, asking lately why I had to come back. A greater warrior energy is being required of me than lives where I battled physically on a battlefield. I was only informed of that recently. Where do the teachings of the ascended masters come from . I always associated them with new age teachings . They are nevermentioned in Vedanta or Buddhism .
The I AM teachings of the Ascended Masters are timeless wisdom that has always existed. India and Tibet have been a repository of that wisdom for ages. More recently, Saint Germain, through Godfre Ray King in the 1930s, began to give some of the core teachings to the West.
