Yeah. But, this is a part of my timeline for my what-ifs so things will be somewhat altered compared to the anime. But who knows, goku might be stronger than xeno goku later on down the line

DBS Goku is pretty much weaker than DBH CC Goku(aka Goku in DBH)
CC Goku has a far more experience than DBS Goku, as the event of DBZ movie happened in his timeline implied by him remember Turles and Gohan remember Dr.Wheelo. Not to mention he was trained by the Grand priest himself and being capable of tapping into Omen form at will and "seemingly" have no stamina issue unlike his manga counterpart that has a stamina issue in Omen form.
So not only CC Goku have more experience but even more POWER than both of his canon counterpart if anything.
