Leanne, (sorry if I have misspelt your name) but I saw this video quite some time ago and as a dog lover and my English Cocker Spaniel loved the travels as Tonka did. However I want you to know .... (and I don't know if you will ever see this post as you have been off line for quite some time) that I have just been through Robe River FC and left a tennis ball on Tonka's grave with a message on it reading "RIP Tonka". I made a video of it IF you are ever interested. I leave you with one thought ..... think of Tonka and the unconditional love he gave you. His life was short but certainly a 7 star life. I wish you well and I hope to see more of your travel videos. Kindest regards Colin.
I just found your channel. I am just in the process of buying a small motorhome and plan to 'hit the road' with my 3 dogs, hence I went looking for relevant channels. I almost did not watch this video, but I have, and I am now crying. So, so sorry for the loss of your beautiful little buddy. He is still making adventures at the Rainbow Bridge, patiently waiting to see you again. My sincerest condolences.
Hello, I am extremely sorry for your loss, my heart is with yours. I loved seeing him. There are no words to help this pain but know we do love you. I cried for you both as a dog owner I know the hurt. I am so sorry. Sending love from your Aussie nomad friends ❤️🤗😘🙏
Awww Leanne😭😭😭😭you poor sweetheart my heart is breaking for you😭🐾💖 ive been following yoou for a long time but ive only just found out😢i also lost my lil girl...the same day we adopted her buddy... she had a tumour in her spleen that ruptured in April.😭RIP TONKA TUFF💖🐾💖🐾💖
So so sorry mate. Such a beautiful little dog. Trust me you won't be the only one that misses him. Our thoughts and wishes are with you at such a sad time.
Hari Om ...................ohhh....... Leanne, I have just spent several hours binging your channel from start - to here - and am devastated that this happened to darling Tonka. The very thing you had been seeking to avoid. Beyond heartbreaking. As I progress with your vids now, no doubt discovering how you have been adapting to life very solo, I want you to know you are sent Love and Healing Vibes all the way from here to there. I ache for OZ; life has seen fit to anchor me here in Scotland, but van life is looming large in my dreams, despite entering my mid-60s. I have been heartened, encouraged, inspired, by you. Thank you, stay strong and safe. YAM xx
Thank you so much for your support. I've meet single solo ladies that are in there 80's whom have been travelling g for years on there own. Age is no barrier 🙏♥️ if you want it, make it happen
That’s so sad 😭 what a beautiful boy 🐶 my heart goes out to you. They become your life. It’s devastating when you loose one especially so young. Love to you xoxo
So very sad to hear this, I know this grief well. Please take comfort in the incredible happy life he had thanks to your love & efforts. A great life does not always mean a long life... it means a life lived with love and enrichment. Now you must save a new soul and show them what love and adventure means. Think of all the wonderful companions that await you in shelters, adopt a new friend who may be grieving the loss of their owner and show them a great life, just as Tonka would want you to do xx
I was just thinking about that today as I've done it in the past and have had some really great dogs. Just think will work on other things for now but when the time feels right or one crosses my path that needs a home, I'm sure will share the journey 😉♥️
I'm so sorry you have lost your beautiful Tonka. It is heartbreaking to hear another beloved pet has been taken due to 1080. Parks and Wildlife services seriously need to look at where they are dropping this inhumane poison. Thoughts are with you xx
Omg Leanne. I am so sorry to hear Tonka has gone. Such a tragic news. One of the reasons I love watching your video is seeing a cute Tonka. Sending you a big hugs and loves. Take care Leanne xx
i'm sorry for you loss, life is so much better with a dog at your side, you should give another one a happy life.......i found your videos tonight as i am also seriously considering leaving Melbourne , buying a van and touring Australia, id love to do it with a dog just as you have, but id need to occasionally work in major towns to keep some money coming in , it could be a few weeks to a couple months and having a dog can complicate things , so your thoughts on this would be most welcome. i wish you well.
I was lucky enough to find work that Tonka could be with me or I could still keep an eye on him. It does make life on the road more complicated but the company and love from a dog is so much better. If ypu do need to work and can't take a dog, call the local vet and see if they know of a dog sitter
@@OzzyVanLife yeah your right, as i type with my cavalier of 12years asleep in my lap. thanks for your reply. i didnt think of the vet. ive subscribed to your channel . safe miles

Sorry to hear about your Rotti, that would have been a truly horrible thing to go through. It's nearly been a year since Tonka has passed and it still makes me cry. Unfortunately we never know what's going to happen so we just have to deal with what ever when it happens
