@@Trillville43 another is if you have best buy card you can finance it for a year so you don't have to pay card payments right away each month for it .i went that route. Plus I got it on the $1199 sale
I have a SWFT-ZIP and it feels a bit underpowered, if you change the LCD (P-code6 ) wheel diameter to a smaller size like 18" instead of the 20" to fool it, you can get like 22MPH out of it with just throttle. The speedometer will not read accurately if you do this, so test it on your phone speedometer app. Don't forget arrow down underway is cruise control when held 3 secs.
@@BadGuySwift I would love to put a 1000w or even 2000w upgrade kit for this, but the aftermarket controllers that will actually fit are bike-specific and it's not made for this yet.

Just don't do capoment upgrades till warranty is up. But that's my plan maybe mid motor but means I need regular 20" wheel... Also better fork travel upgrade
@@bulletproof4716 just insure you upgrade that cheapy fork.. I got play on my fork and its not even a month old. Just 1 flip and I have to slightly true the front wheel. I think my spokes wernt correctly tightened

With a fixed seat, this isn't something you're going to do a lot of pedaling on, this is more of a throttle only sort of deal, I didn't do much pedaling at all
What is your ebike setting set at? My ebike setting from p1-p20 is set at 0 my settings are off because it's not reading the battery life and then some . Could you let me know what your settings are from p1-p20 if you don't mind?
Question is this battery upgradeable. Good thing u mentioned ur height im 5’11 too but i weights 220 lbs. what is the max weight capacity ? So on stiff can i pedal while im pressing the throttle at the same time to help the throttle?

How's the battery life after a few rides? I live in NYC and on my first "long" ride around the city I clocked about 12miles before the controller was down to 1 bar... Hoping the battery is better than that because I can't imagine getting stuck on a long ride with a dead battery and a 65lb bike!
@@fernandoriveros566 leave your charger on for a few more hours, even after it says its full. the battery is full of little batteries... and the pack as a whole is only as strong as its weakest battery. a good 12 or 16 hour cycle will make sure all the cells are full.

No. I also have a 36” in seam. If you don’t care for rear suspension, I recommend the Biktrix Moto 24” $2.2k or the Sondors Madmods which has rear suspension but is $3.3k
@7:15 u said u could fit another rider if u had pegs but wouldn't that exceed the weight limit. Me & my gf both weigh 140 each so 280pounds. I think u Said the weight limit was 260. I wanted her to ride on the back tho too lol
Well they don't advise you carrying passengers.. But there's ways around it long as its not over 265 and safety is in play. Also faster way to drain out the battery. Working harder to push the weight.
It is a steel frame. Motor be working harder /battery drain quicker... Just don't make habbits to prematurely wear out the motor. I will be testing the theory 1 way trip that is around. Max weight limit in a week
Im not sure why they think its moped like. Its too slow to be more moped than bike. Im not impressed. Id rather buy a 750 watt motor with much higher speeds and am happy to pay more for more

This bike appears to be a rebranded Hurley swell mini, which I own one myself and I am above the rated weight capacity. I think you’ll be fine, my bike hasn’t given me any major problems.

P8 let's u adjust the top speed to about 23mph, so I'm wondering if between p6 and P8, u can get it to hit 25mph?
@@frankrivera4982 yeah it hit 23 only with pedal assist, the 500w just aint enough. I have adjusted all P-codes.

23mph on throttle not bad this bike is getting my attention.
I managed to get 0-3 modes by accident. But readout went to 25mph tho the motor didn't past 23mph down hill...lol

At 5’11” your knees look cramped. How much peddling did you do with any significant resistance? I’d be worried my knees would burn out.

When you say 600 cycles what does that mean…you can ride it and then charge it only that number of times?? Then you have to buy another battery?
It's rated up to 600 charge cycles at least, most likely will last longer than that

I found that it stayed the same, did you balance the battery? That may help

damn 22 miles of actual range is kinda sad. my commute is 40km total back and forth. guess I'll get a nicer bike

it comes with some pre-charge voltage, it took 4 hours and the chargers are on the warranty. Mine was running hot and they sent me another one free.
