That being said, some things can be situational like retaliate cooldown. In places like Skyring i'd also roll glyphs for gamble because of how strong it can be there!
As for your other comment, i can try making a more detailed basic tutorial soon :b block canceling just takes practice and understanding length of animations.
Can you show what to roll on weapon and gear? And what accessories and Crystal's to use?
The Cross Parry - Animation Cancelling doesn't appear to be working for me on PS4. It seems to be breaking my chains and thus slowing down moves, even when done in proper succession. Is this how it's meant to be? Any help is much appreciated.
Forgot to mention I can animation cancel with Cross Parry. It's just not working the way I thought it would Traverse cut after Combative Strike is slow if I use Cross Parry between both attacks for instance.
When you cancel animation u break the chain and need to activate the ability manually
yes, you need to understand NOT to animation cancel skills that chain into one another. (so itll be like... Backstab > cancel > Charging slash > bladedrwa > cancel > cascade > cancel > combative rob > scythe
I have massive aiming/lock on issues. It seems like everyone seems to evade me just by walking around and most of the othe classes have easy knockdown skills that are either lock on or hit a wide area and basicly never miss.
just takes practice!! learn to aim, maybe adjust your sensitivity.
can u do a guide showing the skills that u are using more begginers friend? im gonna start playing on ps4 (first time on tera) very soon and i want to be a warrior just like you.
What do you mean by animation cancelling?
Animation Canceling --> At the end of the skill, use Cross Parry skill

Hey bro what are you doing to execute scythe so fast after leaping strike? I cant cancel the leaping strike animation with block
Leaping Strike is a chain for scythe... you aren't supposed to cancel it with block!
Ryan's Gaming It seems like that is not a chain skill on ps4. Did it come after the warrior revamp in that case?
I'm not sure this combo will work on tera console 2:22 , backstab to vortex slash doesn't chain, and even if u were to cancel the backstab, going for a raw vortex slash is impossible unless u have used death from above. Though I'm sure if its because warrior on PC is re-vamped unlike tera console which is still vanilla.
vortex doesnt chain on console??? ... thats strange lmao. It's something that has always existed since release. And yes you are right, you need to roll or dfa before the backstab, which is VERY common and a staple combo.
Ryan's Gaming that's not the only thing, most of the combos presented in your video can't be done on tera console. For instances stagger abilities can't stagger for long so you have to use knockdowns immediately after either a stun or stagger.
I'm not sure why the classes act different from pc ' s version of tera, though all I can say is either I'm doing something wrong or the 2 games are very different for each platform.
