Yeah. The main difference between them is the way they treat people. Alois didn’t grow up used to getting what he wants and ciel grew up with a lot of thing Aloïs didn’t. Because of that, ciel treats his workers a lot nicer. To me it seems Aloïs is too used to things leaving him so he makes the most of it no matter the pain the others have to endure. Or at least that’s what I think
