      동두 저도 처음에 그렇게 시작했어요 지금도 팔지모르겠는데 뚜레주르에서 파는 윗면이 동그랗지않고 평평한 컵케이크로..^^ 추억이 새록새록 🥰🥰화이팅하세요 할수있어요!!

    궁금한게 있습니다. 버터크림으로 꽃을 만드는 것로 알고 있는데 이 케잌은 냉장보관인가요? 실온에서는 꽃이 녹지 않나요? 보관방밥이 궁금해요~

      크림으로 만든 케이크류는 냉장보관하셔야해요. 아무리 더워도 꽃이 막 주르륵 녹을정도로 그렇진 않았아요. 그런데 한여름에는 케이크가 전체적으로 물렁한 상태가 되어서 케이크 안에 들어있는 시트와 시트가 조금 분리되어 무너질 수 있어요. 정말 더운 여름에도 꽃들이 완전히 무너진 적은 없었습니다 ^^

      이건 버터크림이긴한데, 생크림으로 만든 플라워를 말씀하시는 건가요? 만약 맞다면, 레시피마다 다르긴하겠지만 아주아주 더운 날에도 크게 변형은 없었어요^^

    크림이 아닌 앙금으로 전날에 만들어서 밀폐용기에 담아 냉장보관했다가 당일에 떡 찌고 써도 되나요? 앙금은 시간이 조금만 지나도 빨리 굳어서 어레인지할때 어렵고 부셔질까요?ㅜ

      앙금꽃 만들어서 밀폐용기에 전날 담아두셔도괜찮아요. 밀폐용기에 담으면 굳지않아요. 대신 며칠씩 오래두면 앙금이 녹더라구요 ㅋㅋ 전날 정도는 괜찮아요^^ 저도 전날 꽃 만들어두고 사용하는 날 많아요~^^

    그런데 손으로 쥐고하면 버터크림이 녹지는 않나요? 저도 따라하다가 손의 열 때문에 버터크림이 놀아서 물처럼 되버려서 잘 안되더라고요 ㅜㅜ

      jay bae 저도 녹아요 🤣버터크림은 아무리 단단하게 만들어도 앙금이 아니니까 어쩔수없는것같아요^^ 냉장고에 넣었다가 쓰기도하고 최대한 안쥐고 있으려하고... 그렇게쓰고있어요 ❤️

      앙금말고 지금 영상의 버터크림은 냉동보관하셔도 됩니다~^^ 버터크림은 냉장으로도 잘 얼어요. 보관은 냉동하시면 됩니다

      하하호호 제가 제일 많이 가는 쇼핑몰은 웰베이킹 이라는 곳이에요^^ 그런데 그냥 네이버에 윌튼색소나 셰프마스터 등.. 혹은 천연가루색소라고 쳐서 제일 저렴한 곳에서 사셔도 됩니다^^
