They use the Smart Siren SS2000, this video has that siren but some of the tones in the video is with the rumbler also which makes them sound odd. The purpose is that in a city like NY people would get used to the sound of sirens and may not notice if a cop is trying to get by so the rumbler vibrates which means you'd know if they were behind you as you'd feel the vibration on the steering wheel, also helps for deaf drivers
