this is why i want to go back and visit Vietnam. my first trip in 2019 was unforgettable.
i saw so many hardworking Vietnamese doing what they needed to do to feed their family and everyone was so kind... i was fortunate enough NOT to encounter any of the negatives.

@@hamarie9892 no worries khong gi. i apologize too. i rarely speak Vietnamese in California so my Vietnamese is just as bad. i looked up “Hello Vietnam” and there were 2 versions of the song. one by Johnny Wright and another by Pham Quynh Anh. i believe you’re referring to the version by Pham Quynh Anh because the other version is about the Vietnam draft in the US.

Cô ơi xoài Việt Nam mình trồng cũng ngon lắm ạ, hiện giờ đang mùa xoài ở miền Bắc đó ạ - thương hiệu xoài Yên Châu ( Sơn La), với nhiều loại xoài bản địa ngon và nổi bật nhất là xoài tròn. Ngoài ra hiện nay người dân ở đây đang chuyển đổi cơ cấu kinh tế sang trồng hoa quả ( xoài,....) rất nhiều và du nhập thêm nhiều giống xoài ghép - xoài thái và đang rất được ưa chuộng( đã được xuất khẩu sang một số nước châu Âu như Úc! và thị trường xuất khẩu nhiều nhất vẫn là Trung quốc) . Great video, Max! I'm so glad to featured someone like her who is doing all this work so the poor can eat a healthy meal. And I loved eating unripe fruit in that salt/pepper mixture as a kid....but my favorite is still the fish sauce, sugar, and hot pepper flakes. Have you tried that combo yet?
