Don't be fooled. The damage is all his fabrication. Ask yourself why it would be enclosed in ice. The restorations are amazing but the damage is artificially made.
@@fruitloop832 i mean it should be pretty obvious he damages the cars himself. but the restoration he does is still his own work, and is still impressive/satisfying to watch and makes for good content, so i don't think it matters if a car was actually abandoned outside like that for enough time for the paint to rust like that, the plastic would have caked on dirt and corrosion, and none of the parts would actually be able to be cleaned as well as they are in this video, and would require much more effort

Там реставрации никакой нет, эти ролики всегда сняты по шаблону, в начале снимают якобы "отреставрированную" вещь, а потом по этапам ее убивают, а затем уже производят магию монтажа

I loved this restoration, the change in the end is truly unrecognizable, I always wonder how on earth you're going to make it look right but its always just a matter of taking everything apart and cleaning it up and it works miracles with it! I also really like that you try to make your own parts for it whenever possible

Never have i ever in my life had a thought that, "oh hey, i know, i'm gonna get in my car and drive in to the middle of nowhere to go sliding on a frozen lake.. in my boots. NO, not skates, just boots!" and then randomly find something i'm into that just PERFECTLY happens to be frozen in ice.. Maybe i should start doing that, who knows, might find a perfectly restorable actual car!?
Okay guys...I completely get the joke about how he planted all of these abandoned toy cars in the ice, or in a warehouse or all that crap. But ffs why can’t we just admire the video for what we came for? Why can’t we just simply enjoy the satisfaction of restoring an ages old toy. Besides it shouldn’t even be that easy to think about how he even managed to put that toy car in the ice anyways. It’s not like it even floats...it’s made out of metal. It also has real rust on it too. If it was fake, it would look like it was spray painted on, and have smooth transitions from the base color, to the rust. Sorry for the long argument, but all of these comments just make me really rather frustrated considering how I actually kind of enjoy watching these videos.
