It’s the Superman Theme song from the Christopher Reeve Superman Movies by John Williams in electric guitar. I think it sounds awesome too and this movie looks more based off the comics. I am a DC and Marvel comic nerd and I can’t wait to see this movie.
That theme is the John Wiliams theme from Superman the movie 1978, There is a reason John Williams is called the Mastro of the Movies - over 50 Academy Award nominations if you haven't seen it SUperman the movie would be a good watch before this, the new SUperman has a very Christopher Reeve feel to him. FYI John Williams wrote the music for the original 3 Star wars films, Jaws , ET , Indiana Johns, the first Jurrassic Park.
As an Olds, I will find it really interesting for entire generations of people to see (for their first viewing chance) what looks like actual Superman. Snyder had his Christian Scientist Libertarian "free choice" cosplay project thing going on... and whatever it was, it was never actually a Superman story.
I'm actually excited for this one, from the trailer it looks like my kind of Superman movie. I didn't hate Man of Steel, but it's time to find the light again.

As long this superman is better than Man of Steel. It will break new ground and create a new base of fans. That will finally push the superhero forward. DC needs this
I never want to see the public throwing a can at Superman's head. ever. again. it's so played out the whole world against the greatest hero alive to exist. Spiderman was written that way from the start. Batman is baked into the entire vigilante aspect of the hero. But Superman is the one that the public gets is universally good and the first sixty years of the character, every medium still made him interesting without resorting to cheap the public hates Superman tired troupes. Modern writers are so lazy and obvious. This trend started with Superman Returns 2006 with attempting to making a Superman nobody and their brother asked for: what if he were brooding and acted like Batman? Then 2013 Man Of Steel that made him outright Batman, space Jesus (an even more tired troupe) and boring. oh, and the world fears space Jesus, of course. Jesus is right. Jesus H. Christ, these freakin' hacks. Then there's the whole business of the messy, buried, but easily found if researched properly by anybody the fact the real author of Guardians Of The Galaxy and entire world building and its core list of characters is due to Nicole Perlman, not Gunn, and James stole all credit from her is a true travesty. Research it. it's all there. Do not root for this man. He's a demon, hack and a thief. Throw a can at HIS head.

CW's batwoman since you mentioned it, it is a terrible show. the more you watch it the more it will make you doubt yourself like it did me. it's main character was replaced all because Ruby Rose was injured and fired.
@@tonyantonellis9983 How, exactly, would recasting the lead character for the second season of a show be somehow *less* jarring for viewers than introducing a different character?
@ and Kate Kane is why the show happened in the first place, and by replacing her in cold blood the show loses the very thing that made the show possible in the first place.

You should watch the 1978 film Superman Donner film. James Gunn taking inspiration from this film. It’s not suppose to be dark like dark knight.
