good ideas...love the froyo bars,will have to try them.... i have been doing the jelly n frozen fruit..but mix it all together an let it set... also do a tray bake main meal of 500g mushrooms,4 turkey rashers cut up...100g spinach,garlic paprika tumeric cajun seasoning cooked off then add to baking tray,add 200ml egg whites an 30g half fat cheese n bake until golden brown....fills you up and nice and healthy..thanks for the ideas,love the videos
