    64kb of assembly is too much to write. It will take humungous amount of time to do that manually

      You are absolutely right. Writing 64KB of assembly code manually was no small feat. It took them years to optimize every single instruction to fit into the limited memory of Apollo Guidance Computer. It is fascinating how they acheived such kind of precision in that era when the amount of computing resources available was extremely limited.
