As per the rule....agr koi person vote Dene se phle polling booth pr ye bol de ki mai inko vote Dene Jaa rhaa hu.....uska vote polling officer rok skta hai
When the majority of people are doubting EVMs, why is the government not banning it? Isn't it against democracy? Even the USA, Germany and The Netherlands have banned EVM, so why not India?
