No one. There must be something that is attractive for them in there. As I listen to this gentleman , some come out with plastics that are not empty showing that these people are living good and enjoying their activities ,( but playing sad and stupid in the eyes of the people) l also thought they are trapped underneath.No one can be at fault if these mines are closed, They have to decide if they want to face their deaths .Close the mines as here seems like they are playing a fool out of the police, military and the country.
