This is still my favourite scheme for the Tau, I have a box of Tau that I got super cheap from a local charity shop.
It sucks you didn't get to achieve the goal you wanted for it, but what an end result. Looks fantastic!

I think this video convinced me to pick up a farsight model! I love the conversion you pulled off here, this suit fits so nicely into the Tau range, especially with that head swap, and the OG Tau colors give it such an awesome classic look. Well done! Subbed for sure!
Not quite the ochre scheme I remember from the DOW games, but I actually like it more. The punchy Iyanden style yellow looks amazing and you're really tempting me to collect tau again! I might paint Shadowsun with this scheme as a hobby project
