Moist Banana Cake Recipe
4-5 pcs | 1 Cup Overripe Bananas ( Bungulan)
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
½ Cup White Sugar
½ Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
⅛ tsp Salt
½ Cup Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil
2 Large Eggs
½ tsp Vanilla Extract (Banana Extract)
½ Cup Buttermilk (Combine ½ TBSP Vinegar + Add Evaporated Milk to complete ½ Cup)
2 TBSP Cocoa Powder (Optional)
