Yeah she did. She chose to avenge her father's death (carmine's mom showed her who did it to stop the wedding) instead of marrying carmine and leaving her old life behind. We all hated that ending so i tried to end the video on a "to be continued" note since the actor who plays carmine will most likely not return for s5 since his character arc is concluded.
After the wedding thing Carmine enters witness protection with his daughter and tells the captain/commander that it's on him to save Rosa now and to not give up. Everyone around him this season was telling him to stop trying to change Rosa and to think about his daughter and getting out of prison. The very last scene of the last episode is of him and Futura at the beach and her calling him dad for the first time. I'm not entirely sure if it's confirmed or not but there's a lot of speculation that the actor is done with the show.
