I swear I watch this video when it was just recently posted, almost 3 years ago. Never would have thought he actually change the word "kid" to "dog" for the major part of his "dog" story to avoid to tell anyone he has a son while still looked excited about it. Although tbh I heard the rumour like a year ago when someone on tumblr somehow stalked one of Adam and Joanne's relative on instagram and they mentioned about his wife and son and people were like "wait, he has a son?" But ofc we didn't know for sure until he actually said it recently. I always respect celebrities who value their private lives.
