Coming from a current nurse, having some foundation of foreign language is SO SO helpful when taking care of people. I took French and not only am I able to understand my French speaking patients but French derivative languages, some African dialects derive from French as well as Khmer
I love your curriculum review videos. Even though I have young children in homeschool, I already graduated my oldest, I think it is great to see High School content on youtube. There is not a lot of high school review videos for curriculum and I think it is so important for those who have high schoolers. I also love Master books and I believe they truly excel in their Bible apologetics. I absolutely love the courses you have chosen as I has been through some myself and plan on doing them with my children in the future. Blessings to you and your family
You are such a blessing to me and curriculum videos are my favorite. My oldest is the same age as Olivia and it’s reassuring to see that we are using very similar curriculum and that I’m not completely failing her! Thank you for sharing, and please don’t ever stop!
I appreciate your patience. I cannot imagine being a law enforcement family and all that entails, and having to explain to people why forensics isn't "ungodly" or "unbiblical", being that Christ deals with those things, too. Unbelievable. And thanks to all of you for your service.
My son started Math 7 last January (after doing it since math 3) and finished it and just started Shorman pre algebra with shorman and it’s been a great transition and not hard We’ve loved everything you’ve always suggested so we went right into that and he’s loving it and he’s not my mathy one but math 7 to shorman pre algebra so far has been a great transition as he’s about 20 lessons in
We are doing the Living Health book too - I am using it with my 8th grader. She learned a lot about food and why we choose to not have certain processed foods in our home.
So glad that you're liking Math 7. Why did you choose this over Shormann? Will you do Shormann Pre-Algebra next year or Shormann Algebra 1? Do you us the TGATB videos with the math?
I’m curious about the Foundations in Personal Finance elective! Do you wish you had done it sooner with your daughter or has her senior year been a good fit for the material? Thank you so much for sharing this info!
So excited for my son to take some of these as he gets older! Some BJU have a way to try out a science lesson before purchasing? We are in our last year using TGTB science.
Wondering how long an average LA lesson with TGTB takes for middle school and high school levels. I am heavily leaning towards switching my kids next year.
lol oh my word of course your Alexa does not understand what she is talking about when it comes to the recent elections! Your face says it all!! 😂❤ Also using Generations this year for 4th grade daughter and while we both love the text it’s lacking fun experiments! So for next year I’m going to get the text book and then also another curriculum that has more experiments to do alongside the Generations science!

Yes she’s done 3 years of Spanish 🙌🏻

Loved this mid year review
Siri interrupting you LOL. That was funny. Love the courses you chose! They look great
Love these videos so helpful for future planning!
I’m so glad they are helpful!

That is awesome! It’s a great resource!

Do you have plans to use Shormann in 8th grade or are you going to try out TGATB Math 8 that they’re coming out with next year?
Same question! They just announced level 8 will be "pre-algebra" but I thought level 7 was pre-algebra and that we'd switch to Shormann next year.
We will be going to shormann for algebra 1

Junior senior is great! Def when they are beginning to work or consider it!
Your reviews are so helpful. Thank you!
Thankyou!

I'm not used to seeing you in red, and it's a lovely color on you!
Thankyou! I was feeling festive ❤️

30 min on average 🙌🏻
This is random but red is a really nice color on you 🙂
Thankyou for saying that!
You're welcome! @@GraceandGrit
when siri came on LOL
Siri's timing is creepy. She starts talking about American government and 2020 then all of sudden siri is paying attention. Lol
Exactly
Came here to say: Alexa was VERY curious about what you were saying about 2020/2021 😂😂😂 #bigbrolistening
Right?! 😆
