I saw people of all ages and fitness levels on this trail. 90% of the trail is an almost flat dirt road. The last part up to the bridge was steeper. Not too scary but just steep… If you are looking for a nice hike with Red Rock views and don’t want anything moderate-difficult, I would do Sedona View Trail or Bell Rock trail.
