Random block cool down on her A3. Knight Rev - Coffin Smasher, good on fire knight, doom tower bosses, clan boss...not just a clan boss champ.
You came to the right place for advice. Also, take advantage of the new player tournaments if they are still going on. It is a super easy way to get great stuff to Kickstart your game
Hell hades, I think what people (myself included) need the most is a mid-game build guide. A guide to help players choose the 2nd-6th champs to level to 60, and a guide on how to gear mid-game champs at the point in the game where you need to use your level 60 kael as a nuker for arena, wave clearer in dungeons, and poisoner for clan boss. I am struggling with building my champs so that they can be used in multiple locations. The question I see 5-10 times a day on a Facebook raid group is "which champ do I level up next. F2P and low spending players with decent champs, don't know who to level to 60 after they get thier starter champ to 60. Do they choose thier support champs, drop def champs, defense based champs, speed champs, etc. Most people know who to level first, but after that, they need a guide for the next champs to advance quickly.
Hello Hall Hades, thanks for the video. Sorry for going off topic, but I think I found one of the main reasons why lower arena is so difficult at the moment. I'm currently on day 52 and going back and forth between Silver 1 and Bronze 4. I took a closer look at the attacks I got today and noticed I was attacked 14 times in 8 hours. If that's consistend, that would make 42 attacks over the course of 24 hours. Now provided you start with 10 Arena Tokens, get another 10 from the 180 minutes refill, 5 from some "appreciation pack" and play for 8 hours (which is very long for normal players) so you regenerate another 8 tokens, you still only get to 33 Tokens a day, making it impossible to keep up with the incomming attacks unless you buy refills.

You can play for years and dont get the good ones, so i rather lvl up usefull rares (like abyss, ruffstone, graybeard, executioner) and progress instead of hoping to pull the big ones.

Painkeeper IMHO is worth maxing out regardless whether you play her in Clanboss, because she has an AOE-Heal that scales with her Max-HP and gets VERY strong if you put tons of HP on her. She may not be the most powerful healer in the game, but she gets the job done and thus can be used almost everywhere, with her also universally useful skill to help all of her teammates to get their big guns bag one turn earlier. She is particularly useful in faction crypt as well as in the nightelf and void secret rooms in Doomtower
I would consider maxing courtier (good dmg. Freeze A1, hardhitter Buffremove tripplehit A2, double Aoe decrease speed A3), Used him quiet a bit in arena and he´s very good in faction wars. also pretty good for potionkeeps early on, when options are limited. also Dagger is an obvious one. For sacred order Templar and sanctum protector are noteworthy. Someday I´ll max templar to counter krisk, champfort and any other champions that apply debuffs when hit. Sanctum protector is an overall good defence based champion with good stats, damage and usefull buffs/debuffs. I´m suprised Berserker and marked didn´t get a mention. For Lizardmen: Metalshaper and Hurler have interesting kits. Hurler might be key for many people soon with the new doomtower boss, bc he can put skills on cooldown with his A3(like warlord). Also he does SICK DMG with all his skills. I might make a video on Hurler myself.
well that sucks, i am using lizardmen Venomage. he has that Neurotoxin that helps with getting def and atk debuff and undead hordes, i have grinner which helps with shock and unbury(revive plus shield). just started two days ago lol. anyways, might get rid of grinner with someone else this week now that the ninja event is going on.

Wonderful list, i'd add metalshaper as a call out, as well as Dunestrider in Barbarians, she is in my faction wars team and hits liek a truck, her turn meter depletion is fun and decrease defense comes up very often on her single target a1. Also Grinner, he's got a revive like geargrinder, and aoe is useful on waves.
I do think your are overlooking a few for those that are having some bad luck in pulls in particular Bannerlords you have Valerie who is farmable with a shield (based on her level), reduce debuff time, increase buff time, increase attack and heal. High Elves Hyria can bring you an ally attack and a 50% chance of 5% poison on a 3 hitter. I've actually seen some teams in gold with 60 Warpriest doing some work, and in general she can just do some. Diabolist in Demonspawn is underrated - I've actually seen her used in higher teams like a discount, farmable lysandra - use her as an initial turn meter fill/opponent turn meter drop for the second speed booster, wwhich can work cause she actually has a base speed higher than Apoc's, she actually matches Arbiter and Lysandra. Grinner in Undead has a 4 turn cooldown revive with shield, is fast (110 speed like arbiter), and can be built pretty tanky, bonus if his AoE strips a buff or his A1 gives the whole team increase attack - another one I've seen used 60 in some annoying as hell team combos. Theurgist may be a bit more situational, but certainly useful - some decent potential for Spider 20 with Ultimate Galek as strong affinity and a decent base speed of 103 so she can use her increase atk/def first and then fill turn meters at random by 10% when she uses her a1 (her block buffs isn't great for spider, but can be for other areas). And then Avir the Archmage in Dwarves - 15% turnmeter fill and AoE heal based on his HP every 4 turns, 100% chance to land the small version of decrease attack every 3 turns on all enemies - and a decrease speed if poisoned, and well, single target A1 with 45% chance of the big poison. May be again a little more situational, but still solid.
Hey HH any idea if they removed the monthly pack offer? I havent seen it for a few days now. I also saw reports they nerfed warrior circle offers waiting for the 10$ 2 lego books and 1k gems but there are reports it got changed. Do you have any info on it?
the offers in the market are based on the money wich you spend if you dont spend, you get great offers if you spend money the offers become worser the daily gem pack for 2140 gems is the best pack in the market
@@namelessking9068 I am aware how it works i change my spending to only monthly gem and warrior circle offer (2 lego books 1k gems) but its not showing up anymore according to some posts on reddit it got nerfed to 650 or 500 gems but I havent seen it yet i bought it exactly 28 days ago when i got my monthly gems. Just noticed that monthly pack isnt showing up after expiring last time.

I was shocked at certain rares that weren't mentioned like Marked. But then again you did say that there were others that would be worth building but don't need to take them to 60. But if you're building a champ to keep and use then you should build them to 60 to put a banner and tier 6 mastery on them. Which most people don't seem to realize that. Also happy Easter!
I would disagree with that. level 60 might be too big of an investment resource-wise since the grind would take thousands of energy points and days of grinding. if the champ does his job of grinding level 13 of a dungeon he's good at, at level 50, there's no point in spending more resources there while postponing the upgrade of other champs that may yield long term/late game benefits.
Best overall rare in terms of usefulness is Apothecary by a mile. This guy keeps my team alive in dragon 20 and gives that extra bit of speed to bring in the turns for dmg. Indispensable. The best hero in my opnion in terms of value. I still use him for my dragon 20+ runs
gotta say you are overlooking a few orcs that are brutal... Pig Sticker is an absolute beast (even at 50) Singlehandedly got me to gold IV in Arena ... flogs the piss out of your fav Apothacary ... nuked to last year in time :P
also Totem can smack the sh** through people... hits like the proverbial tank .... Honestly, if you're basing these calls on just reading their skills... you're only half right at best. Apothacary cant heal HP he no longer has access to :D ... and i really enjoy killing him ;)
Coffin was good for my Clan Boss team up until I got Tayrel. The 5% aoe damage reduction, HP burn and attack down is a great kit. And he doesn't die. He's also nice early game for FK progression with that 3 hitter, but you'll cycle him out before you get to FK 20.
It will be amazing if you combo your optimizer with deadwoodjedi's clan boss calculator. When you click on the champ you can add it to the CB team and it will take you to DWJ calculator
I would argue the Pain Keeper is worth maxing even outside of CB. Max her HP and put her in a shield set and she can be extremely useful in Dungeons especially if paired with Reliquary Tender.
Speaking of Skullcrown. For some reason my Astralon can't get to stunning Skullcrowns. I've actually sent a vid to Plarium, where his stun just doesn't land on her (A3 is fully booked), I can't see that it reads "Resisted"... Is it a bug, or is it some kind of passive of hers?
Love the content, Hell Hades! One request/suggestion: A "Terms" video would be helpful. A glossary, of sorts, that defines commonly used terms that you and other content creators use. For example, I think new players would benefit from a learning what exactly does AoE mean? And "Proc"? What is PVE and PVP? What exactly is "mid-game"? Content creators throw around these terms as if everyone knows what they mean. We don't. Given how many millions of new players probably downloaded RAID as their first ever turn based rpg game (like me), I know that a "Common Terms for Beginners" video would be a valuable resource that would serve generations of new players. No, when someone is a (F2P) free to play, it means they don’t buy any of the deals or cosmetics or anything on the game, they simply play the game, without spending any real money on gems, cosmetics, bundles etc.
I can’t believe I feed bellower when I first started the game smh at least it was to six star skull crown but still that was definitely the dumbest thing I have done in the game
Don’t have much of a choice any more unless you don’t like getting shards from doom tower. You need 5 attack rares and 5 magic rares just for the secret rooms in this rotation for hard
HELP! Hey all you raid legends. I need advice, it's a head scratcher. I have MARTYR. One of my 6 leggos. She's MVP for clan boss, MVP for dungeons, MVP in the arena. What masteries do i use in a case like this? What's the best build?
I think most of what you said was spot on but there are some I would take up to 60 in each faction if a FTP hasn't gotten key legendary or epics champions.
I'm not sure I'd build Warmaiden anymore. There are now a lot of decrease defense epics. Stag Knight, Uugo, Deacon, Dhukk, Serris and Tayrel are all better than Warmaiden in most situations, and you can make an argument for Armina and Zargala over her as well - as soon as you get and build one of those, Warmaiden loses a lot of her value. I'd build her to 50 and wait for one of the epics and only max her out if I get to a stage where I really need my decrease defense to be more sturdy than Warmaiden can be on level 50 and still have no alternative.
Also, I'm 8 months in and still haven't got an Apothecary... I don't think I'd build him if I get him now ^^ I mean, I have Turvold, Little Miss Annie, Drokgul, Yoshi, Grush, Seer, Maus Mage, Aox, Skytouched on my to-be-built-list... I don't think I'd put Apothecary above any of those at the point I'm in right now :P I'm kind of rooting not to pull him these days, it's just funny to have him as the only dark non-void rare in my Index :D

Hey HH any idea if they removed the monthly pack offer? I havent seen it for a few days now. I also saw reports they nerfed warrior circle offers waiting for the 10$ 2 lego books and 1k gems but there are reports it got changed. Do you have any info on it?
the offers in the market are based on the money wich you spend
if you dont spend, you get great offers
if you spend money the offers become worser
the daily gem pack for 2140 gems is the best pack in the market
@@namelessking9068 I am aware how it works i change my spending to only monthly gem and warrior circle offer (2 lego books 1k gems) but its not showing up anymore according to some posts on reddit it got nerfed to 650 or 500 gems but I havent seen it yet i bought it exactly 28 days ago when i got my monthly gems. Just noticed that monthly pack isnt showing up after expiring last time.

@@namelessking9068 Thats what I am talking about. I might be wrong but i was sure that warrior circle offers are allways the same but you have to wait for them 3-4 weeks after buying one. Was I wrong and they got worse if you buy them two times in a row or something like that?
I was shocked at certain rares that weren't mentioned like Marked. But then again you did say that there were others that would be worth building but don't need to take them to 60. But if you're building a champ to keep and use then you should build them to 60 to put a banner and tier 6 mastery on them. Which most people don't seem to realize that.

I would disagree with that. level 60 might be too big of an investment resource-wise since the grind would take thousands of energy points and days of grinding. if the champ does his job of grinding level 13 of a dungeon he's good at, at level 50, there's no point in spending more resources there while postponing the upgrade of other champs that may yield long term/late game benefits.
Best overall rare in terms of usefulness is Apothecary by a mile. This guy keeps my team alive in dragon 20 and gives that extra bit of speed to bring in the turns for dmg. Indispensable. The best hero in my opnion in terms of value. I still use him for my dragon 20+ runs

gotta say you are overlooking a few orcs that are brutal... Pig Sticker is an absolute beast (even at 50) Singlehandedly got me to gold IV in Arena ... flogs the piss out of your fav Apothacary ... nuked to last year in time :P
also Totem can smack the sh** through people... hits like the proverbial tank ....

Coffin was good for my Clan Boss team up until I got Tayrel. The 5% aoe damage reduction, HP burn and attack down is a great kit. And he doesn't die. He's also nice early game for FK progression with that 3 hitter, but you'll cycle him out before you get to FK 20.

It will be amazing if you combo your optimizer with deadwoodjedi's clan boss calculator. When you click on the champ you can add it to the CB team and it will take you to DWJ calculator

I would argue the Pain Keeper is worth maxing even outside of CB. Max her HP and put her in a shield set and she can be extremely useful in Dungeons especially if paired with Reliquary Tender.

If she is in ressist set or / plus ressist aura and your acc is low then ofc you wont land it doesn't matter if it'S 100% you need Acc

And in "Immunity gear" the words "Debuff Blocked" would appear. This also does not seem to be the case.

A "Terms" video would be helpful. A glossary, of sorts, that defines commonly used terms that you and other content creators use. For example, I think new players would benefit from a learning what exactly does AoE mean? And "Proc"? What is PVE and PVP? What exactly is "mid-game"?
Content creators throw around these terms as if everyone knows what they mean. We don't. Given how many millions of new players probably downloaded RAID as their first ever turn based rpg game (like me), I know that a "Common Terms for Beginners" video would be a valuable resource that would serve generations of new players.

No, when someone is a (F2P) free to play, it means they don’t buy any of the deals or cosmetics or anything on the game, they simply play the game, without spending any real money on gems, cosmetics, bundles etc.

HELP! Hey all you raid legends. I need advice, it's a head scratcher. I have MARTYR. One of my 6 leggos. She's MVP for clan boss, MVP for dungeons, MVP in the arena. What masteries do i use in a case like this? What's the best build?
I think most of what you said was spot on but there are some I would take up to 60 in each faction if a FTP hasn't gotten key legendary or epics champions.

I'm not sure I'd build Warmaiden anymore. There are now a lot of decrease defense epics. Stag Knight, Uugo, Deacon, Dhukk, Serris and Tayrel are all better than Warmaiden in most situations, and you can make an argument for Armina and Zargala over her as well - as soon as you get and build one of those, Warmaiden loses a lot of her value. I'd build her to 50 and wait for one of the epics and only max her out if I get to a stage where I really need my decrease defense to be more sturdy than Warmaiden can be on level 50 and still have no alternative.
Also, I'm 8 months in and still haven't got an Apothecary... I don't think I'd build him if I get him now ^^ I mean, I have Turvold, Little Miss Annie, Drokgul, Yoshi, Grush, Seer, Maus Mage, Aox, Skytouched on my to-be-built-list... I don't think I'd put Apothecary above any of those at the point I'm in right now :P I'm kind of rooting not to pull him these days, it's just funny to have him as the only dark non-void rare in my Index :D
