I got emotional just watching the clip with the scarf! Those finds are often the best; sentimental value outweighs monetary, although that Tomy football game makes up for it, incredible!
Hi Ian, great find on the football Tomy game. I actually smiled watching the video and your excitement as I have the exact game in my attic. I used to play it with my brother all the time at my nans when growing up, and when she sadly passed away several years ago, I kept the game in its original box as an item to remember our time playing there at the weekends. I'm going to dig mine out of the loft too! I think I have a few players missing, but not too sure. I want to keep it for when my little boy has grown up so we can play together. Thanks for the information on the game!
I was there in 2000, albeit supporting Kingstonian! That and winning there the next year was by far our peak before we fell into freefall. Always liked the cut of Forest Green’s gib!
He shoots and scores ⚽fantastic find Ian nice one 👏. Old vintage football scarf's ive done well with selling Easy listers \ shipping can usually pick them up cheap too . Have a great weekend👍
I always look out for this game, it was my absolute favourite growing up, always thrashed my mates & bro 9-0 every time ha My 10 year old loves footie so would love to show him this
Hey masters. Up at the Barbados by sainsburys / subway in the 469 loads and loads of Thomas toys and also dinosaurs in their glass cabinet. Not gone through them myself, but when I say loads, I mean LOADS
Playing my local team again on Tuesday fa cup as forest got done for that player who should not of played last round against us. have to play again atmosphere gunna be electric. Come on Scarborough 😂
Yeah very strange circumstance. We had permission from the club for him to play but didn't put the right paperwork through. You were better on the night and should have beat us!!! Reckon you'll do us
Hi lan cool video dont you think charity shop are getting expensive one charity l go in some times you can find something cheap next not she looks on Ebay see a price like she got a Nintendo gameboy advance sp priced at 70 to much no profit in that
Telling people what there things are worth is fine by me, making profit from charity shops that's messed up. If it goes into your collection I see nothing wrong with a charity shop find.
What if you found something in the charity shop for your collection that you'd have to pay £50 elsewhere but they were selling it for a couple of quid... would you give the shop £50 or just give them what they're asking?
Charity shops gets the price they want for an item, moneys goes to the charity and they have extra space to take in an other item to sell and make money for the charity. Pretty simple really
As a militaria collector if i can get something cheap i will , and bot pay ridiculous prices , if i pay the orice someones asking obviously they are happy to ask for it
Love your passion for the scarf and supporting your team Ian. I’m exactly the same when I pick up anything sentimental related to my team.

Charity Shops need to get savvy with the real world value of donations.
They would make more profit.
First comment! Been watching since day one, logged in to TH-cam at the right moment.
Ahhhhh Ned soz but 2nd I'm afraid
@@MasterofPieces Darn! I edited and it changed the time stamp. Nevermind.
Do you pay tax on your side hustle
Yes
I’d love a super cup football but I’m after an 80s box though
Yeah lots of different boxes by the look of it but all the same inside (I assume)
@@MasterofPiecesyes I’d assume so, though there could be variations in some cases, funny at the time I don’t remember the crowd sound so awfully 😂

Who has such a boring life to go through marketplace and tell sellers to sell their items on eBay, they must be a bundle of laughs at parties 😮
Haha imagine
@@MasterofPieces not my sort of person , ruining it for others .

Yeha they're getting expensive. Still some bargains out there
That is some Jamaican accent you have.

Are you not from Jamaica then?
First again?
Yep first again 🏆

Why is it messed up making a profit from charity shop purchases?
He paid exactly what the charity shop wanted, not like he stole it…

@@MarketManMikeunfortunately hardly any of it goes to the actual charity these days, most goes to the bosses of the charity etc
