For those who find this video down the road, he holds Superfrost for five seconds to get into dev mode (or setup mode or whatever), and then uses up/down to select the lower-case n option, which is the symbol for resetting the Air Filter LED, and then he hits Superfrost twice to accept, and then hits On/Off to return to normal operation. This corresponds with the manual and it worked for me.

Hold Superfrost for a few seconds --> Click the right side down button once (n) -> Click superfrost twice -> On/Off. I own this fridge and hate it.
