    Good video. I am 61 years old BTW. Whether riding short motos, or just not riding often, but longer motos, I think this works well. When I was younger and a local pro, we typically had at least 1 30 min moto(first moto) in the warmer months followed by a 20 min 2nd moto, and would ride 2 classes. I didn't have the opportunity to ride during the week, but would run 4-6 miles a couple times a week, as fast as I could pace myself. That would get a high heart rate, likely in the zone 4-5 range. This would allow me to be consistent for the 30 min motos. Now days, there are just too many classes at a race, and even the pros are lucky to get 15mins, much less 20. I usually hit the elliptical now and do that 30 mins, at as fast a pace as I can do, but still do not get my HR anywhere near where I do riding a local ride session. I figure that a normal ride day at a local track, I am in Zone 4-5 for close to an hour, about 4, 15 min sessions. It takes me 20 mins typically to get to get zone 5 on the elliptical, and about 2-3 mins on a track. Crazy how the bike is so demanding but it doesn't even seem like it.
