NULLA OSTA for family reunification
The foreign citizen who is regularly in the national territory with a residence permit valid for not less than one year can apply to the one-stop shop for the nulla osta for family reunification with:
spouse of age not legally separated;
unmarried minor children, with the consent of the other parent;
dependent adult children (for total disability);
dependent parents, if they do not have other children in the country of origin / provenance, or over 65 with other children who cannot support them for serious health reasons.
Residence permit conversion
The foreign citizen who is regularly in the national territory with a valid residence permit for study, internship or seasonal work, can request the conversion of his residence permit at the one-stop shop of the province in which he resides, to check availability. of admissions for subordinate work
