How unfortunate is the Pakistani nation that has been pushed into extreme lawlessness when the corrupts and criminals have been emancipated by the courts of law to rule the nation. Due to this extreme disregard for law and constitution, Pakistani patriots have become ashamed all over the world.
The most obvious consequence of corruption is corrosion of the rule of law and democracy. Neither country nor institutions can function where corruption is unchallenged.
Corrupt regimes substitute autocracy for rule of law, the more corruption, the less effective law. If Blackletter law (Black Letter Law refers to the basic standard elements or principles of law, which are generally known and free from doubt or dispute)is subverted by influence then the law becomes merely a tool for despotism.
What is most disturbing about corruption however is that it undermines the very notion of society, makes these societies vulnerable to disintegration and decomposition.
May Allah Subhanahu Ta'ala protect Pakistan from every devastating blow and stumbling block. Ameen!
پاکستانی قوم کتنی بدقسمت ہے جو اس وقت انتہائی لاقانونیت میں دھکیل دی گئی ہے جب کرپٹ اور مجرموں کو قانون کی عدالتوں نے قوم پر حکومت کرنے کے لیے آزاد کر دیا ہے۔ قانون اور آئین کی اس انتہائی بے توقیری کی وجہ سے پاکستانی محب وطن دنیا بھر میں شرمندہ ہو گئے ہیں۔
بدعنوانی کا سب سے واضح نتیجہ قانون کی حکمرانی اور جمہوریت کا زوال ہے۔ جہاں بدعنوانی کو چیلنج نہ کیا جائے وہاں نہ کوئی ملک چل سکتا ہے اور نہ ہی ادارے۔
بدعنوان حکومتیں قانون کی حکمرانی کے لیے آمریت کا متبادل بنتی ہیں، جتنی زیادہ بدعنوانی، اتنا ہی کم موثر قانون۔ اگر بلیک لیٹر قانون (بلیک لیٹر قانون سے مراد قانون کے بنیادی معیاری عناصر یا اصول ہیں، جودنیا بھر میں تسلیم کئے جاتے ہیں اور شک و شبہ سے پاک ہیں) کو اثر و رسوخ کے ذریعے توڑا جاتا ہے تو پھر قانون محض استبداد کا آلہ بن جاتا ہے۔
بدعنوانی کے بارے میں سب سے زیادہ پریشان کن بات یہ ہے کہ یہ معاشرے کے تصور کو مجروح کرتی ہے، ان معاشروں کو ٹوٹ پھوٹ کا شکارکردیتی ہے۔اور قومیں مکمل طور پر تباہ ہو جاتی ہیں۔
اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ پاکستان کو ہر تباہ کن دھچکے اور ٹھوکر سے محفوظ فرمائیں رکھے۔ آمین!
