Very random butttt in your last podcast you said you struggle with the consistency of working out and I have one tip for you :) Just buy a pull up bar and set it on your door frame, any time you’re passing your bed room or even when you first wake up in the morning, just do whatever amount you can. If you can’t do any (no shame at all) start with a little jump in the very beginning and do about 5-10 to slowly build muscle. This helps a LOT and you don’t have to do a consistent workout, just whenever you’re there and are able to 🤷🏽♀️ I started doing maybe 30 in total throughout my day and now I can consistently do 14 in a row with no break :) hope this helps if you try it out!
