Army Welfare Trust, or putting it simply as AWT, is a business branch of Pakistan Army which consists of mostly retired army officers. It is involved in diverse business portfolio which includes Financial Sector, Agriculture Sector, Real Estate and many more. It has been running successful housing schemes in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad. The organization has its head office in the AWT Plaza on The Mall Road, Rawalpindi. Our topic revolves around AWT Housing Scheme in Sector D-18 Islamabad near Sangjani.

I can see huge improvement and investments comming to this new starting point of margallah avenue
I know property dealers of b17 artificially increased the prices of property and margallah avenue while margallah avenue is going to be start from awt sangjani interchange thats why this society direct linked e11 d12 f10 f6 blue area and so on as well as dia khan to hakla traffic flow and population also come from this route
There is already g t road in front of b17 and all time filled with heavy slow traffic but this area will be fast way to travell only disadvantage of this area is they r not spending on beauty but with the passing time pplz will make their houses and automatically new face will come
