Hey guys, Mike here. You may notice this is a "repeat" from yesterday. Well, after reading everyone's comments, we decided to take that video down and reuploaded it without my personal comments/opinions. Since we’re an entertainment channel, I should avoid saying things that could upset 50% of the country. I shouldn’t have let my frustration slip into the video, and for that I apologize. Number 14 reminds me of the episode of the Dick Van Dyke show where his brother turns into a completely different guy while he is sleepwalking and he goes from being a quiet shy guy to the life of the party.

Throwing out a conviction and retrying is not considered double-jeopardy. The second trial isn’t considered a second trial as the first trial is now considered to essentially have never happened.

The last person I was watching videos from, did that and I stopped watching her videos. You DO NOT need those stupid clips in your videos to get the point across because we have IMAGINATIONS that do that for us!!
