These lines try to address the elephant in the room. Finding purpose and salvation isn't easy at a time when unlimited number of purposes are thrown at us by the modern world.
Finding that purpose means finding the rope you want to hold on to cross the sea of this world. Again, endless ropes in the form of ‘life goals’ are thrown to us on everyday basis.
Finding ‘the rope’, that rope which can actually and successfully helps you to cross this ‘test’ the ‘test of this life’ in this world is not easy considering the endless clouds in the air hampering you to see the true rope of salvation.
But, when you find that rope, like in these lines, when this boy, finds the rope, in the form of his guide, he willingly trades his life, smiling, knowing, like prophet Ibrahim when he threw himself into fire trusting his God, following his guide even if it means death, will actually lead me to salvation.
