Lab Pe Aati Hai Duah with English Translation - Zerina Sablay (Cover)

"Exceptionally exalted is He who transported His subject (Muhammad SAW) on a night journey from al-Masjid al-Haram to al-Masjid al-Aqsa--an area blessed by Us so that We may show him demonstrations of Our (extraordinary) power. Certainly, He is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing" (Al-Isra, ayat 1).
Allah links Masjid al-Haram to Masjid al-Aqsa and also confers the leadership of all the Prophets upon the noble Messenger when he led them in Salat before his miraculous journey of Mi'raj.
Lab Pe Aati is a beautifully melodious rendition of a heartfelt plea to the Almighty, to purify our hearts and hear our yearning to be closer to Him, be among the virtuous, and be the light in the lives of others, through His Guidance and Favour.
The Mi'raj occurred after the Prophet had suffered great persecution for 12 years. Today our Palestinian brothers and sisters are suffering similar persecution.
It is our Islamic obligation to aid them in any way we can. To brighten the light illuminating their cause and stand against the oppressors, and this will be the equivalent of our Mi'raj. [by Zafar Bangash]
