Being a registered dietitian, I am hoping there is one day, AI could help in my work too. After taking dietary history of the patient, the generative AI will be able to record it and calculate the nutrient composition of the dietary history.
There was a Reddit post where a dietician remarked that she fed ChatGPT a patient's health hx, current dx, and bodyweight and it recommended a plan of care that was, in her words "concerningly accurate".
Whoa.. this is beyond impactful. A massive massive win for AI making lives better. Literally helping saving lives. ❤
Very interested in learning more about this. Looking forward to seeing this product in the wild.

Is the conversion of sound to text a revolutionary event?
Is voice dictation honestly considered AI though? I would have expected it to use AI to suggest a potential diagnosis.
Speech To Text is one part of what they just showed ... the magic is in taking the full transcript and creating a full structured medical note in SOAP format.
I think what they showed is not true AI itself, it was an application of AI ( speech to text + LLM ) to help clinicians with their documentation
Do any physicians find the user experience a little overwhelming? Would you prefer something easier to use?

this is an awesome product, but draft still requires editing and human touch!!! which is a drawback, physicians having this behind their mind makes the burden even more.
