Concept for a challenge run: Mechamon. Slightly more forgiving than "starter only", it's for where you can _only_ use mech schematics unlocked in the arena. Naturally using LOADER 4 before the arena unlocks.
what. the. actual. fuck. This is, like, better than a movie. What a fucking masterpiece. And in the end, you're still left with a lot of questions you have to find an answer for, pure from soft style. I haven't played any AC titles except, recently, the ps1 ones and it's baffling how much some themes keep recurring after 25 years thank you lobos for sharing this journey
Just rolled credits on the final ending. Got the last boss with 13 hp left. Best moment was, after idly pondering back in NG+ if COM the voicemail voice might not actually be an AI, COM suddenly responding to All Mind's actions during the lead up to the final mission. I laughed very hard. Iguazu being too angry to die was good. But COM being a sentient voicemail kills me.
I was like wait is that iguazu when he popped up on my steam deck he honestly went down as easy as always lol. I was worried it would be 2 ibis at the same time now that would have been insane.
@@GM-xk1nw It'll happen if you're watching videos of a game you haven't finished. If not from the video, or the comments, you'll get a spoiler as a recommended video. Don't watch streamers play a game you haven't beat, don't watch videos, don't look things up, unless you don't care about spoilers
I love how the game ends ng++, did it not too long ago myself. I did think of a challenge run but there no way I would even think to do it cause it just seem too brutal. That is basically using the junk setup you given in that one mission, but for all of them, just thinking about it is painful.

Had 600 stoped paying attention until right before he did the final lunge. Thought i was about to die
@@Someone-lg6di That final animation is a nice touch. I def put the controller down and would've died had it been legit.
Lobos had the same reaction as me when Iguazu revealed himself as the final boss lol, G5 truly is one of the biggest haters in videogame history
I curse myself for glancing at the comments before fully beating ng++.
