This was my second visit to Valtice to see Patricia, she is an ambassador to the Czech and Slovak people.

Dave, I had discovered Patricia 2 years ago on TH-cam with her new year concerto clips (Strauss, Mozart, Puccini) and was deeply impressed already.
Unfortunately I only recently saw her sublime abilities interpreting Baroque and Mozart arias. IMHO, very few female singers have reached this level of refinement in this difficult genre (maybe Cecilia Bartoli, Lucia Popp, and of more recent - Anna Stephany and Regula Mühlemann). Plus, Patricia turned 20 only recently.
Had I known of her magnificent abilities singing Baroque pieces earlier, I would have no doubt visited the Festival in 2017 already. Add on top that Valtice is merely 100km away from Vienna where I live (a bit more than a one hour drive) .. Hopefully, her performances in 2017 and 2019 won't be her last ones in this beautiful setting.
Did some scoping with Google maps and found that both venues (Valtice, Lesnice) are linked with the Liechtenstein nobility historically and I believe, the entire LVHF Festival as of today is connected to this noble family in many respects.
