Though with the python handle, mine has the adjustable strap and is made in France so maybe ones made in Italy have the non-adjustable one. No they are included in the promotion - maybe they meant that the department store LV's are not participating. Good for you Shar! No buy years are sooooo hard to do. I looked at the Chanel flap jumbo and it is so beautiful but the flap bags just don't work out for me. Congratulations Wendy and great choice on the capucine. This bag is a top handle girl's dream. It fits a lot and your bag looks organized all the time. It is so comfortable to hold even if it gets heavy. You could carry it the whole day even w/o the strap and most of all, it is a carefree bag. I'm not scared to use it even around my dogs. No they are included in the promotion - maybe they meant that the department store LV's are not participating.
