Mine only leaks in fine fan spray. I've changed all those items. Could it be a worn tip?

Soft seat gasket was replaced but still has a small drip. How do you access that spring at the end of the video? Thanks

1. Remove the multijet tip
2. Remove the adjustment screw and locknut under handle from end of cable
3. Remove packing nut from back of valve
4. Pull cable out several inches through discharge end of valve extension
5. Unscrew seat stem from cable and remove spring
