I think he’s misinterpreting what the FAA put out in terms of employing people with disabilities. People disabilities can assist the FAA in other ways. No they can’t be air traffic controllers. I’ve known people who are severely autistic. They were given government jobs, filling, paper trays, and doing a very simple things. They made a career out of it and were able to retire from the government. So I think this is a serious misrepresentation of what the FAA was trying to do.

The helicopter was on a nighttime training flight--likely they were using night vision, which can confuse lights to a pilot. The jet was landing on a different runway than what was originally scheduled, which moved them into the helicopter's flight area. This is a tragic accident. You were not inside that helicopter, so you do not know what they saw or how they were able to maneuver in that moment.
Your assessment is uneducated--all of that is yet unknown. How disappointing.
