Do you think that only the metal regulator caused the damage or the whole thing? Can you do me a favour and open the plastic thing from e bay and check if there is any filter inside or has just nothing in it? I have problem with this high presssure filter that i need to clean with injector cleaner and air every 6 months and i bought a cheap regulator housing. I m thinking of replacing only the plastic body and use the oem metal regulator but i am also scared in case there is no any filter inside the plastic as the oem has and all dirty fuel parts come inside the engine. It would be helpful if you cut that cheap part or even make a video to show what is inside (if you havent thrown it away). Thanks
@@christosx13 I promise you that it had a filter inside. It was the wrong diameter for how much fuel goes through the system. My motor was drowning with too much fuel.
@@Sportbikememace You mean that you cut the plastic and had the metal high pressure filter inside? Or you talking about the cylinder regulator that you show in the video the differences with the oem part to the hole?
@@christosx13 the fuel filter I changed it and can’t forget there’s three O-rings but the diameter of the resonator was too big. It was allowing too much fuel into the motorcycle, and my bike was already dino tunes specifically for a fuel pressure and race fuel pressure. The one from eBay. The resonator hole was too big.
@@vietpoolplayers8659 for the kit I bought it on eBay and for the fuel pump before I bought the kid was the quantum on Amazon. So right now in the bike, it has the quantum fuel pump and the OEM fuel pressure regulator
